Streaming is a deal-breaker for me. Here is the deal: Streaming sites compete with regular tv channels, while downloading sites compete with DVD/Bluray purchases. I wouldn't pay for a regular tv channel either that's showing your content. (Well maybe if I were able to record the broadcast without quality loss, but then we are back at downloading again)

And I think you misunderstood me, my problem is not with the models, but with the way they're videographed. All the details are washed out, it almost feels cartoony. It's a waste of HD resolutoin if you're going to blur out everything anyway.

Especially since many of the models on your site have posed nude in the past. Once a girl has gone nude, I don't think most people are interested in seeing them in a bikini again.

Also, it would be nice to see a more detailed description about the amount of nudity contain in each video / picture set.

For example:
 
- Implied Topless

- Topless

- Fully Nude

- Explicit (close-up / legs spread)

- Etc.


The overall look, feel, and functionally of the site is excellent.

One suggestion is to do away with the "Censored - Too Hot for Preview" on the videos previews. The banner and the blurred effect makes it very difficult to tell how much nudity the video actually contains, which for me is definitely a determining factor when purchasing.


For me, these two questions go together.

The main drawback with your site is the "credit-based" payment system, which is always terrible for customers. It's pretty much a no-win situation:

- either you "overpay" by purchasing more credits than you need

or

- you "lose" money because your stuck a few remaining credits, which means you have to buy more credits ... and so on and so on.

This is good for you as the site owner, but is clearly not a good deal for the customer. So it seems a bit disingenuous to say "YOU ARE ONLY BILLED ONCE" and "NOTHING MORE TO PAY" when obviously that is not really true. Given a choice, no one is going to pick buying "credits" over paying the exact dollar amount. If you put out a good product, people will to pay for it. There's no need to play silly pricing games. 

In fact, entire "play-per-item" pricing model is far more expense for customers, especially compared with sites that charge monthly subscription. Your "Credit Packages" are a perfect example this. For $50.00 (after a $50 discount) a customer receives "200 Credits" and can access selected content and nothing more. On the other hand, they could join a subscription-based site and get access to the entire members section for about half of that price. And "NOTHING TO CANCEL" does not work as a selling point. If this is really an issue, just offer a monthly membership option that does not automatically renew. Problem solved.


That seems like a bit of a specious statement. Being that you model is "cloud-based" (i.e. streaming), it would use far more bandwidth having someone continually streaming the same video over and over when compared to downloading it a single time. So it doesn't make sense that making videos "downloadable" would increase the prices. In terms of bandwidth usage, allowing downloads should save you money, especially in the long run.

a lot of people are still stuck on the downloads so i'll see if we can figure out a way to add downloads and still keep the prices low...

we were hoping with the huge popularity of netflix streaming and other similar services and the increase of mobile use were downloading isn't a good option  people would be ready for streaming only but maybe not yet...

as for the content itself we're going for more of a "maxim meets fitness girls" type look so they didn't look so hard... so it might not be for the hardcore muscle fan but might be well suited for the more general fitness girl fan??

we're just trying to do our thing and stay afloat while delivering a quality user experience so feedback like you gave is super important to dial in the product!

I don't want to access your site from anywhere other than my computer, to download what I like, so later I can access it from any device with any player, without an internet connection.
Obviously I don't want a mobile version for the same reason.
Personally I'm not interested in adult content. It objectifies the models, all I'm interested in is muscles. Some suggestive scenes are ok, but I don't care for any adult content.
Sorry but I won't even consider joining until you assure me that the videos are downloadable.  I don't want to go to your site each time I wish to view a video I purchased. What if the site is not even around in a year's time? Or what if the internet is out? Also I want to use my own video player, not some flash based crap like jwplayer, which offers no functions at all.
Navigation is easy, I wouldn't say I found what I was looking for, but that's because what I'm looking for is  not on this site.

As for other suggestions: Most of the previews look like dream sequences, and are totally blurred, or overexposed, with bright highlights everywhere. What's up with that? I don't want videos that look like that. I want clear videos where every detail is visible.

Update: it seems that finally they realized that drm is a bad idea, so they got rid of it. Unfortunately the download cap is still in place which means no subscription for me.  So you're basically only able to download 10-15 HD clips a day at most.

I did check out some of the videos on this site, but I regretted it most of the time. They have unique models, that's why I had to try it. But the guy videoing is the worst I've seen. You get a 10 minute clip that has at most 1 or 2 good angles in it. Most of the time the video is of a really bad angle, either he's filming from the floor, when the model is standing, or towering over the models while they lay on a bed. You can almost never see the muscles (especially biceps) clearly because of the overly low, or high angles used. Also the lighting is not the best either. Many videos are done indoors in dimly lit rooms.

His only saving grace is he's locate in Europe, so he has access to exclusive models, you can't see elsewhere. But I also agree the site is not worth the money. The videos are only 30-40 seconds long, and even from then you're stuck with watching the site's logo for 10 seconds at the start of each video. And there aren't many videos either. Most models have lest than 10 clips.

I think this is a site that has yet to figure out what it wants to be when it grows up.

I expected to see female muscle, with a variety from FBBs to figure to fitness. Yes, there is some of that. There also is a large amount of model-type, skinny, girls with large, apparently fake, chests. As a person who prefers the "natural" look, I can't recommend this site at this time.

I like the site and have been a paying member almost since he started. Robbie is a very talented photographer, in my opinion, and I've enjoyed his work since he got his start on Her Biceps some years ago. It is a bit of an inconvenience to pay for 6 months, but the style of the site makes that expenditure worthwhile. Yes, the clips are on the short side. But I also don't have the attention span to sit through 10 minute clips either. 

Oh that's a very negative view, the site is not that bad, the only thing Iregret is that he sometimes uses the art function of Photoshop or so to ass ehm a star or so in the pic, whereas the pics would be better without. For his photographic talent it's about the same level of herbiceps, even though that doesnt mean a lot.
His model are really great.

An awful website, probably one of the worst I've ever paid through near fifteen years of various subscriptions. Videos are very short, pictures often blurry (resized), this guy does not have talent but lack of imagination. The only good thing he shooted two of three beautiful FBB almost not found elsewhere (this does not worth the money, though, six months of subscription).

I liked muscle angles......

I saw a lot of adult paysites turn to this model and then later fail. Not that it's a bad idea, just saying what my experience was is all, with 13 years in the biz...

I come from the adult world and it's sad how many paysites were like that. all marketing, no content.

I wasn't a big fan either. There's always other sites though!

Make sure you like Lil Doll first though. I bought Transformed and it was my worst purchase ever, mostly because Lil Doll has too ugly a face to me. But also because the other girl is too chubby and you happen to see her bare skin for too much time. The direction was crappy as well because of out-of-context choral music, grainy video fx and lights so dim you could barely see anything.

They finally hired a new muscle model, Lisa Cross. That ought to make clips much more interesting.

WPW is a great site. wpwmagazineonline dot com, I believe is the URL for purchasing their DVDs, so I will comment on that site. The video quality is generally quite good. I'd guess most of the models
they have DVDs of are from the 90s era, and thus the video camera quality is of that generation. Not HD, still acceptable. Where else can you purchase legends such as Tina Lockwood or Michelle Ralabate?
Or lesser known but fantastic models such as Kim King or Linda Battaglia? To me, it is a great source for women of the "golden age" of female bodybuilding.

Depends I guess, it didn't do much for me and I think the idea of two buff chick kissing is hot.
