Confessions/unpopular opinions

i think the most important parts are:

1) don't be unattractice (this is scaling)

2) don't be weird. she's a person first obviously

Whenever I hear guys lament about their appearance, I always hear things like "I am short, my chin isn't right, etc." It's typically things that they can't change, and they feel it makes them ugly by default. I always reply with "looks matter, but not as much as you think." Honestly, as long as you take care of your hygiene, dress well, groom yourself properly, and eat healthy and workout regularly (read, you don't have to be a roided out mosnter,) you're already leagues ahead of most other dudes and that's typically all you need to be considered physically attractive. The rest comes from how you present yourself.

And onto your second point, the bar is set so very low for talking with buff women. They get so many schome questions, that if you talk about anything else other than thinly veiled fetish stuff, you can go farther than you might expect.

That’s why I said the first point is a sliding scale. Half the guys in here complaining could make a shockingly quick change by cutting out sugar immediately.

I think people here object to the overcompensation, not religion per se.

That’s what I was implying. Since you have no likes, favorites, or uploads, I’m assuming you’re just on this site for research and discussions. What insights are you trying to gain on this site?

I've seen you mention that fit women get tons of unwanted schmoe attention many times now... but isn't this mostly limited to social media? I would think that they wouldn't encounter creepy schmoes too much IRL since schmoes aren't that common in the general population, and the bar for what it takes to say something creepy to them is much higher in person than in an online message. So my guess would be that women who don't use social media all that much wouldn't really be exposed to this.

Or is basically every fit woman on social media, so this point is moot?

To answer both your questions, starting with your second one, every fit women that I personally know from my own circles is on social media. Only a few of them actually try to monetize their content and do the influencer thing, but they all have social media pages: some more active than others to.

But in regards to your first question, it definitely isn't just limited to social media. Almost all those fit and muscular women that I personally know have told me that they have been hit on at the gym, at expos and/or at competitions. Hell, I have also seen that myself at the last CrossFit gym that I was a member at. We would sometimes get a new male member or a drop in who is either visiting from out of town or is a local looking for a gym to train at, and I would see them immediately go to the most fit/muscular woman there and start throwing game at them.

I've also seen this at competitions and expos I have attended. I used to go to the Olympia expo, and each time I was there I would see dudes who were clearly schmoes and looked way out of place there (like, completely unfit: either really skinny and underweight or FAT) try and shoot game at either regular conventiongoers or models and athletes (and overhearing some of it, it's always cringe.) And back when the Orleans Hotel and Casino was the host venue for the Olympia, a lot of competitors would hang out at a bar called the Alligator Bar, where, you guessed it, you would see a lot of out-of-shape dudes hovering around the bar like awkward vultures lol.

So yeah, while most of the creepy schmoes are online, they get creeped on a fair amount in-person too.

tbh you can usually see them in videos too. a lot of the slava stuff has a couple guys 3rd party filming her doing whatever she's doing at that moment. most people just kinda stop to look or stare as they go by

Anecdotal, but the girls that I know are rarely legitimately hit on IRL.

Schmoes are rare. Most normie men want a woman who’s physically weaker than them.

Vladislava is beautiful. Her muscles make her far more popular and marketable online because she’s unique and playing to a very dedicated crowd.

But I imagine that FAR more guys would approach her at a nightclub if she had a more conventional figure to match her face.

Speaking of creeping on social media, I found this post on the parody page The Hard Times, and I have seen this comment and many variations of it on muscular women’s pages and even in pictures here where they think that the poster is the woman themself for some reason https://www.instagram.com/p/C5bXkp6sMrx/?igsh...

Got another that I see pop up quite a bit.

I'll often see before and after pictures here of women who go from anorexic or bulimic to big and ripped, and the comments sections are filled with congratulatory posts along with comments on how they "beat" anorexia or whatever eating disorder they have.

As someone who admires bodybuilders and respects the hard work that they put in, I honestly find it uncomfortable to read stuff like that simply because: they "beat" their addiction by replacing it with another. I find that people have this perception of bodybuilding as a healthy sport, and while it can be, it can also be (especially at the competitive level) extremely unhealthy, and in some cases it can be as bad as anorexia. Disordered eating is a fact of life in being a competitive bodybuilder, and of course, there is the PED use that is required to get the kinds of physiques that we see.

It's fine to be attracted to and like a formerly anorexic or bulimic woman's muscular physique. But I think we should be careful about saying things like how they "beat" their addictions.

You're. Not. Wrong.

But we have to allow people to enjoy their sunshine. Putting in the work to beat anorexia/bulimia (specifically) by engaging in lifting heavy vs throwing up means that person IS willing to do work. I totally get what you're saying and agree with you completely about addiction replacement, but that celebration can be good for their mental health.

There's a balance for US, too. 😉

If this woman had a birthmark on her arm I wouldn't think anything of it and would still find her very attractive. But somehow the idea that she would do this to herself, intentionally, is a huge turnoff. I wonder if psychologically I have trust issues with someone who would intentionally damage their body.

And yes I do view (extreme) ped use the same way. Sort of how I would find Smoking unattractive even if the side effects hadn't hit yet.

I actually like her tattoo, and tattoo sleeves in general. It’s just facial tattoos that give me the ick 🤮👎

What is that even supposed to be? I guess I've never even seen a photo where it looks like anything but a huge dark blob. I had a session with Jennifer Kennedy back in the day, she is very hot, but that big effing Holiday Inn logo right between her boobs!? WTF

Looks like a flower + grenade. My impression is that the tattoo means pretty, but hot headed or dangerous.

Would it be an unpopular opinion to say that I don't like the Off Season look all that much?

Certainly amongst those who like the off-season look, LOL. Someone should run a poll to see where we break down in terms of off-season, cut, shredded/contest.

I don’t mind it becuase these days no one or very few do a dreamer bulk. They’re staying relatively lean

I think CG did one not too long ago.

I really hate when people get super religious and preachy.

Like I'm fine with someone being a devout Christian or Jew or Muslim or whatever. I'm not religious but I understand that many people are. That's all good. Bible verses or inspo in Instagram captions are fine. Being a bodybuilder and spending a good amount of time with 95% of your clothes off seems like a strange way to be modest, but god works in mysterious ways and all that. I'm not judging.

But damn, it's crazy when someone "finds Jesus" and then makes it their entire personality and just overcompensates in every way. I'm looking at you Chelsea Kline. I want to support her and I like her content, but I can't abide this confrontational nutzo preaching all the time.

I had the zeal of a convert for a while, but by this point I'm just living my life almost the same as before I was religious. You will know your own faith, one day or another. I've come to accept that. Yes, I am torn between my own faith and winding up here time and time again, but I feel I should just accept I'm gonna have the fetishes I have for life and try to think about them on a level beyond immediate gratification to make the best of them, and ideally take them into marriage the day I finally learn to socialize.

I usually don't enjoy plump women unless they have a taut tummy because of cellulite, but she has somehow at her size managed to not have any which is a miracle.

I'm still hoping it is a temporary one eventhough it has been a few weeks..... if not, she really did that with the intention to spite her face a la Van Gogh...

I find all forms of self centeredness irresistibly hot: like working out her in in tiny clothes revealing a body that itself seems to testify "my entire life is occupied by my obsession for getting a perfect body, and all my thoughts are consumed by how to look ever more hot. I love to make men around me burn inside as they desperately try to hold on to their wits." The more audacious the bragging, the hotter.

I do not understand why this turns me on so. Generally I do not appreciate such an attitude. And from personal experience I know gym chick is just one side of their personality. Also, I definitely prefer them simply bragging about their looks than selling an insanely strict routine as a healthy lifestyle and promoting a semi functional obsession as a balanced mindset.

But hot they are, all, and I love it.

I can get that. Shanique Grant does that for me. I doubt I would like her personality otherwise, but the way she carries herself is a turn on.
