From there it was her biceps.com. I also loved their forums/message boards. Sadly many of the incredible women they featured, are no longer available. Kim Kilper, Dara Trager, Cindy Phillips, Stephanie Parks, Elena Seiple and so many other muscle starlets. I will also include FemFlex.com. Two treasure troves of female muscle.
Gabi is more of an athlete. From a physique standpoint, she's clearly ahead.
I might find Vladi to be a bit prettier, but honestly I think Gabi is very pretty as well.
The thing that puts Vladi ahead is her attitude. She's really clever. She can be silly and self-deprecating. She seems like a genuinely fun person to be around. Gabi seems to be more of a girl version of the typical gym bro.
Disclaimer: this is just my take from the social media stuff that I've seen. I do acknowledge the fact that Vladi probably has people managing her content, and this could be an intentional way to do more sales. And if it is... then it's working.. because I think her fun attitude is really sexy. And I buy her stuff, LOL.

I don't know what you expect users to say other than "yes i agree" or "no i think ur full of shit." Plus there are already dozens of other voice-related threads out there, so this doesn't need to be its own separate thread from those.
The IP conversation is hazy regarding Ig but I wouldn’t think we’d fall under the restrictions of usage since we aren’t using it to advertise anything. But most of the stuff posted is far less skin-showing than stage photos especially if you’re in bikini or wellness.
Also, as someone said before, posting on instagram is understanding that you are now in public domain and you cant be mad if the content circulates. Most fitness accounts want exposure and being on a podcast or being posted on a website like this has the benefit of acquiring a following and gaining some recognition.

As someone who had two friends posted on DD's youtube and had a positive experience with him, I can say I respect DD on the spot for giving that exposure to female bodybuilding.
But I cant say I respect the bashing of an entire website and labeling it off as a bad place. That is really disrespectful to Chainer (the website owner). Especially when Chainer and the mods do everything in their power to moderate as best as they can.
Also, as someone said before, posting on instagram is understanding that you are now in public domain and you cant be mad if the content circulates. Most fitness accounts want exposure and being on a podcast or being posted on a website like this has the benefit of acquiring a following and gaining some recognition.
And shame on the people who think feeding into the energy of attacking back is going to solve anything. Instead of pointing fingers, understand that being human means not always doing the right thing. It happens.
Just move on and do something that is only going to make a positive impact.

What do you mean rewarded for it? In what way? I don't think there is any incentive for them to take more drugs outside of their own drive. It's not like we'd stop caring if they only took 75% of the stuff. Blaming this site in particular for the steroid abuse problem in WBB is completely missing the mark. The only one to blame is the federations that don't do drug testing like any normal sport.
Sorry but the way he presents the topic then straight away going into other topic and ranting about schomes is just disgraceful. And by lashing out and giving away this site like some sort of villainous thing, I question his motive is it really for the girl's sake or he has some other agenda. We all gather here because we like girls having muscles, no need to be some sort of white knight
Also I want to say I remember the original Andy's Muscle Goddess before AMG-lite. I remember people complained on unrealmuscle.com how their browser would crash or load slowly and the mindi music on AMG original.
My personal fave part is how he was very seriously broaching a subject that everyone brings up every year.

Wow throw back looking at what people did AMG lite , Diana valks so nostalgic, I'm sure there was one like herlegs too or something, then youtube, I used to be in love with Moorea Wolfe and Cindy phillips, then there was buying the excersise magazines from the petrol station lol, but hands down since gwm site came around this was my main source from the day I discovered it. Many years ago now, I'm 35 been obsessed with Muscle girls for as long as I can remember.
