Definitely strong girl, too bad it's not translating into hypertrophy as much... She needs to drop the weight and target 10-12 reps to failure. 1-3 rep maxes are all but useless for size, but if she's going for powerlifting that's fine, different goals. But definitely impressive for a natural girl.

Rayna is way bigger (and probably no natty) than Alva and 81 kg wasn't easy for her. I'm not sure if she could pulling 10 for 2 reps

Given that she is able to move the weight stack and get the bar into the starting position using her body weight, I highly suspect that she isn't pulling 100kg on the pull-downs.

It's really hard to believe, I weight 80 kg and I can barely move this weight but most pull down machine has 130 kg like in the video and she was very close of full stack it.
