i skyped with her way back, maybe 2017? she seemed pretty chill. it was honestly just a conversation, no flexing or anything, thought it would last more than just one call. she disappeawred for a while after that, but that was aroundt he time she was getting some attention. she resurfaced a bit later with the larger implants, made another splash, and vanished.
likely she's still around, maybe still into fitness, but with a private profile who knows whats behind there.

Pthphtht! We'll never know. Roxie Rain probably ain't even her real name. And, she snuffed out her Internet candle back when true online anonymity was still possible.
Melissa Dettwiller. Her muscle building days are over and, she no longer goes by Dettwiller. She doesn't even associate with anyone in fitness.
That's because Roxie Rain is her alias. She goes by another name.
Her real name was dropped somewhere on GWM but you can't find any news about her.

goddddd i used to be in a facebook group with her and a bunch of ex-miscers back in the day, The Cage. That was about when she was about her most muscular. She moved to florida at some point and went to school for like accounting or investment banking--something financial. got implants (rip her amazing pecs), no longer facebook friends so i can't see any updates :(
What's going on with Rosie Harte? I think she pretty much retired from bodybuilding years ago and even talked about it when she had Dani Reardon on her show once. But what's she been up to since then?
Threads like this make me curious on a couple things:
I wonder what the leading factors are in a bodybuilder or strength athlete dropping off so suddenly. I see quite a bit someone who is young (early to mid 20s) just explode on the scene, going from regular fit or in some cases fat to muscular and ripped relatively quickly, stay prominent for a few years then just vanish. I wonder if they jump on compounds too soon and go too aggressive too quickly with their cycles which leads to burnout or health issues/negative sides.
When a bodybuilder leaves the scene, they practically vanish completely. Like, it is rare to see someone who was a bodybuilder maintain their social media pages when they are downsized and have a more "regular" physique. I wonder why they shut everything down and don't even mention that they're taking a hiatus or retiring?
Here’s my biggest guesses:
fast family start, especially if they’re near 30 or over since that clock is ticking so they dip fast
health issues that they don’t disclose for months, maybe years
mental health issues but many times we get a timeline of that
new boyfriends that they like but don’t like their size or whatever so they quit
