Transgender Females in Bodybuilding: Support and Community

Hi everyone!

I hope you're all doing well. My name is Anna Kaylie Souza, I'm a Brazilian 20 year old transgender girl who is passionate about bodybuilding. I've noticed there isn't much representation or a dedicated space for transgender women who are interested in bodybuilding and want to talk about it, so I wanted to start this thread to create a supportive and inclusive community where we can connect, share our experiences, and support each other on our fitness journeys and lifestyles.

Whether you're just starting out or have been bodybuilding for years, this thread is for all transgender females who love bodybuilding or are interested in getting into it. Here are a few ideas for what we can discuss:

• Training Tips and Programs: Share your workout routines, favorite exercises, and any tips for building muscle effectively.
• Nutrition and Supplements: Discuss diets, meal plans, and supplements that have worked for you.
• Progress and Motivation: Post your progress pictures, share your goals, and inspire each other with your achievements.

I wish I could give some tips, but i admire the fact that how transgender girls are even above the level of male bodybuilders once they get into bodybuilding

sadly the site is mostly full of fetishists so I'm sorry this happened. I hope you can find more people in the community who share your passion and can help out! I've a few friends who are trans and into fitness, not sure if they've picked up bodybuilding per say, but they would be happy to know someone's doing it. Best of luck!

I love that trans-fitness of all kinds is growing,albeit still a micro community. This site is full of women who took their own initiative in crafting and moulding their bodies into their vision which I find super attractive. For me, beauty that is earned is infinitely greater than beauty that is awarded via genetic lottery. Vladislava is sexy to me because she elevated herself with her muscles. If she was a rail thin runway model I wouldn't even look twice.

I'm saying all this because choosing your true gender is a monumental journey full of strife and who you are at the end of that is beautiful and strong and I applaud you for being brave enough to make it. To now choose to again, dedicate yourself to becoming a muscular goddess is another elevation in my eyes and I am super excited to cheer you on.
