If you search on google for jasmine_mistress, she was quite fit till dec 23/jan 24.

Then she exploded with mass, definition and vascularity in a very short time span, like 2-3 months at most.

Whatever her workout + supplementation routine was, it worked like a charm.

That's one of the scariest transformations I've ever seen! 😨
