I'm sure the "old guys" crunched the numbers and figured it makes good business sense for them to take the percentage they do. Personally, I also wished the girls got a higher percentage.
I remember they came up with a "Christmas gift" idea to send your favorite performer credits for the holidays. That was laughable! Especially knowing that half the "gift" was going to hbc. Not a chance I'd even consider that.

Early 2020 I discovered a hacker" if I can say in that way since was just a trick used that everyone could do since was a weakness from the website, a weakness in the chat room that could allow a free user with technical knowledge and the ability to dig into the chat room code (that is visible to the public if they know what to look for). to take advantage of the weakness, a user had to be in the free room prior to the start of the paid show, know how to get the piece of code from the browser tools and know to load that code into a piece of software on their computer and know to record the video using that software.
There are over 1000 of 1000 videos around even from and all others girls recorded from their one one chats gone with trustful clients
But sadly someone else recorded it so it you around this time were chatting paying in one one most probably your girl went recorded but was not you .. crazy or!?

I just want to expose to everyone how unfair they went to me and how unthankful they are after many years there , my closer clients or friends knew who I was feeling working there zero motivation , treating people bad it was strangulation to be there after I finally say they character and how try use the poor woman there.

seems like a lot of extraneous work to make a screen recording. there are a half-dozen free programs available that you don't need any coding or html knowledge to use. heck, vimeo has a WONDERFUL screen record function that i use in for baseball captures, and if I have access to it, Quicktime X also has a pretty good recorder as well. if she's talking about using the site code to pull down files from OTHER peoples private sessions, that's a different story.
i can't comment on the ammount of the referral fee, but she was paid it, so that transaction is over. in no way is she entitled to a percentage of someone else's earnings, especially if she doesn't have any ownership stake, even if she refers them to the site. t hat's what the referal fee is for. if i get someone hired at my job, am i entitled to a referall bonus AND a percentage of what that other person earns? (if my job is a headhunter YES, but if i am a random employee helping out someone that's what the bonus is for). if she was their manager, this might be appropriate if it's agreed upon between all parties.
also, i dont' think they are "using to to make money" if you're the one that opts to send a referral. you coudl also NOT send a referral. which i think is also odd because you'd be referring people for the express purpose of getting both a referral fee and taking 5% of their (the woman's) earnings.
did you know that Chaturbate (according to this link) ALSO takes a 50% take on earnings, yet is a far larger site? MFC reportadly takes anywhere from 45-60%, though some of those higher percentages are likely from some manager/management company taking a percentage of the pie. onlyfans takes about 20%, though it is not strickly a live platform, but youll still have to pay taxes. Patreon takes 10-15% in my experience, though the platform was never solely intended for porn. So while 50% is a hefty take, models are also paying to not have to deal with infrastructure or any other issues plaguing content creators, they "simply" have to be on.
i am sure there were documents signed agreeing to the cut that HBC takes vs what the model takes, and other money related matters.
