Hate to disappoint you, but after looking at this more closely, I think her biceps are enhanced in it (seems like an oval-shaped morph). I'd still like to find the original clip, do you know what the creation date is on this file? If I had a cutoff point that was far enough back, it might be worth looking for her TV appearances as "Self" on her IMDB, or through Gettyimages by year.

The episode seems to long lost, and only the LQBTQ episodes were put on DVD. The nine LGBTQ episodes have never been released anywhere. I do a Google search for the episode once a year, but always come out empty. If I ask VH1 for a copy will they be nice enough to send me one? LOL
You might have better luck trying to figure out who the contestant was, and seeing if she happened to post any clips of her appearance on her own instagram or something.

There was a profile of Mia Finnegan during one of the American Muscle Magazine or Fitness America episodes on ESPN in the mid-1990's where she was lifting in the gym interspersed with an interview and one of the scenes was her doing hanging leg lifts with an absolutely shredded sixpack. I had it on tape in my early years but lost it and now if anyone had it I would be eternally grateful!
