"bulletproof knees" is a common phrase when talking about lower body workouts to help build knee strength and stability. It also comes from debunking the claims that your knees shouldn't travel beyond your toes when squatting (they can and often do if you squat high bar or if you're doing Olympic weightlifting movements like cleans and snatches.
I think Carolyne is as cringy as they come, but making a reference to a leg submission hold designed to tear ligaments doesn't put you in the best light.
