Think a bit more about it. "mother" indicates someone has got back into shape after childbirth which is often impressive so not that funny. Some women might never return to training after starting a family.
But why should that be a tag? Who cares, on a site such as this? But maybe being a site such as this, anything could be anything, so there's no logic....
Surveillance camera: I would not have expected this to be a thing.
Airplane overhead: I don't know why this is a tag, but OK.
I think "mother" is a great tag. It gives women or people for that matter that a certain physique can be attained, whatever the shape they're in! Gees look at Pinheiro, Bauch, Cargill, just to name a few.

I recall this ended up being a thing because there are folks who like to tag any object in a picture, and the original ‘camera’ tag was applied very liberally. A camera isn’t a camera isn’t a camera…
It’s turned out to be pretty cool though ;)

Before I clicked on that, I expected to see images with the overhead hand luggage compartment.
My take that's likely wrong
I’ve observed a lot of tagging behavior. Not all of it comes from users who want to query the tags later. Some site users like naming things, and others just like trying something new.
Kinda similar to what tamarok said, but I found this a really stupid tag:
"strong woman" https://www.girlswithmuscle.com/images/?tags=...
I'd get it if it was like the circus role, but it's not. Like, duh, you're on a website called GirlsWithMUSCLE
As we all know we humans have all kinds of very specific preferences in women and everyone's preference is just as valid as the other.
But which tags do you find absurd/hilarious?
I vote for "mother" it signals not mature or just age but mother.
Firewood was also funny tag here.
Bloated, not merely fat or big but inflated look.
