All you need to do is look around at the world to know thats 100% not true. Its actually provable. How could any being who loves us cause so much unfairness and pain for no reason? Suffering serves no real purpose. It did not need to be like this. If god was real, had infinite power, this world being the best he could do would make him a pretty pathetic god wouldnt it?

Suffering is a huge part of Christianity and every person faces it at some point. I doubt he even took a surface level look.
I fail to see how religion has anything to do with admiring female athletes.
There are loads of topics here that have nothing to do with admiring female athletes. The comments on pics or videos are where that is. The forums are usually related to female muscle, but plenty that is not.
Take a pass if a thread doesn't interest you. Religion is very important to many people including some of the women here.

Bad idea. Here, he MIGHT get a sense of community he doesn't elsewhere and offline. He picked his username for a reason. Moderators don't always get it right, but I think here tightening the focus to the particular discussion was sound.

You're a little late to the party. New Atheism is passé, and Hitchens' debates haven't aged well. Watch Alex O'Connor instead, if you want some pertinent and intellectually honest discussion against religion.
