about 25 Kg max 27 kg 10 to 12 Kg bar 2x 5 kg and 2x 2,5 kg

Wasnt sure about the plates, either 10 & 5 or 5 & 2,5.

SZ Bars are usually 15 kilos.

no standart 30 mm 7,5 to 9 Kg / competitive 50 mm 12,5 to 15 Kg / gym just 50 mm weight storrage like this 10 to 12 Kg

Unfortunately there are rarely any video streams of such strength competitions without professional organisation behind it.

Strict Curls are so much harder wasted 1 of 3 tries at 47 Kg so made it safe at last try 43,5 Kg firt was a easy 40 kg

Bicep Measurements are warm , normaly i measure cold but after all the posing routines and challenges not possible

So the real measurement at cold is a lil bit less

Nice fun fact about my biceps :

My man made recently some training statistics for my guest athlete jobs and the strength challenges i do there including armwrestle the guests

My weekly training volume on my biceps is 12,24 tons

And yes i was surprised too

New Strict curl challenge my first safe try was 45 kg and this time i did it 47 Kg strict curl second try and finaly 49 kg third try for first place

Barbell curl 58 Kg for second place

Hero curl double rope 33 kg second place

My dumbbel curls 29 kg left and 27,5 kg right was not good enough for place three girls was stronger same for my 50 kg barbell preacher curl

There was realy strong competitors this time i was only able to place by try high risk lifts The price I'm paying now is pain in my forearms and more for the past two weeks due to overuse of the tendons and muscles.

Congratulations, Liesbeth. Hope you get past the pain, guess it goes with the territory.

BTW, have you tried using Voltaren? Rub it on and let it go to work. I use it because it have arthritis pain, helps me a lot. :)

Use Physio tape and 5kind hemp sports ointment (senoir package size lol )

It helps gues a few days and last pain in forearms is gone
