Tell that to Sarah 😉
I don't expect Amazonka to armwrestle with the same intensity as Sarah :P
Backman armwrestles like it's life and death, thus injuries happen.
It's a bullshit "sport". Supposedly all "technique" but seems to involve loads of strange body movements, hip swivels, torso/shoulder twisting, leaning in, falling over and lying down... all apparently legal!? I don't blame Amazonka for swerving it - it's ridiculous and dangerous. Listen, If they strapped their upper bodies down and it was literally just ARM wrestling I might cut it some slack but not in it's current guise.

Dude, Sarah actually made a video specifically for experts like you XD

If people just stood completely still while pushing ONLY with their arm, it would look way more stupid and involve literally no skill at all.
You know what looks really stupid...when pros use all that skill and intensity to eff up weaker, unskilled, random stranger's arms when they simply wanted to test their strength in a friendly, fun, little armwrestle.
Seems there is a lack of self-control, healthy pride and braincells in this sport. I am not at all surprised that she doesn't want to do it.
If you can show us a single video from Backman's entire career where she is not going up against a random unskilled stranger with bad intent I'd Like to see it

What in fucks name are you on about? XD You sound like someone who got owned in armwrestling and now copes online to compensate.
Watch literally any of her armwrestling practice videos. "Bad intent" my ass.

If I ever met sarah backman I would rather play mercy than armwrestle her because that would be a pure strength test whilst the armwrestle would also have her technical skills involved
Armwrestling is obviously a strange skillset but I agree that it is no longer a direct test of strength
"No longer" a direct test of strength? It never was just about strength, it was always strength + skill.
Can we go back to the point of Amazonka competing in armwrestling, instead of arguing weather it's a good sport or not? I can give some hot takes about bodybuilding if you really wanna go there.
8-time armwrestling world champion Sarah Backman did a stream on TikTok some time ago and I got to chat with her for a bit. I asked her if she knew Amazonka, and surprisingly enough, not only does she know her, she said she's talking to her on regular basis and trying to convince her to pick up armwrestling. She even apparently offered to fly over to Montenegro just to train with her. Of course, she mentioned that Natalia is worried she might get injured (although I would be more worried for her opponents), which is a valid concern, but armwrestling really isn't that dangerous if you do it properly.
I think Amazonka would be a really good advertisement for women's armwrestling. She might not be the next world champion, but matches with her would 100% go viral. Of course she's super roidy and she wouldn't be able to compete in WAF tournaments, but I guess she could do some supermatches with a special "no testing" rule :P
