There are plenty of guys i work with who have big arms but its because they are overweight.

After the waist for some guys the arms are a common storage area for fat

~15 ⅓" / 38.9 cm.

I'm a woman who has been lifting weights since 2008.

I've put in 15 inches, I think I'll never get to 16 inches (40.64 cm).

You ever get to 16??

Good point, how would you adjust the question to make it more comparable? Waist/biceps ratio?

I do like the idea of a waist to biceps ratio.

Example 2 times arms size > waist size 2x 15 “ > means a waist size of 30 inches or less

Never in my life. I've already achieved >15 ½" (39.6 cm) 💪, I did a specific training from the end of April to the beginning of July.

15 1/2 is still good. I love seeing a woman with big arms. Something really sexy about that. At least to me

I'm a thin guy, don't get me wrong I look good but I've only got 14 inchers (ca. 38 cm). A lot of chicks have that beat, even if they aren't necessarily stronger.

How do calves compare Silvia? Were you a lean track gal or have more muscular legs?

14 inches is 35.56 cm (not approximately 38 cm). It's a good measurement.
