What you see online vs what you see in real life is often a bit different. Some, and not necessarily all, rely heavily on facial filters. This would be the simplest answer.
Others can go into details about them making smarter choices in the compounds they're using.
Also, genetics are huge in how you respond to gear usage (and how prominent negative sides are) I know dudes who have done on rather conservative Test cycles and end up with terrible hair loss, while others are on far more and harsher compounds and still have a relatively good hairline,
It's no surprise how common the virilizing effects of steroids are in women, which not only impact their aesthetics but also their health. Many women, by waiting only a couple of years or months for a competition, end up shortening their lifespans by half or destroying their mental health, with permanent effects.
But there are also other cases of women who still look beautiful, with angelic faces, a feminine voice, and hyper-muscled and hypertrophied bodies, even in the female bodybuilding category.
So, what's the secret?
Good genes? Low doses of steroids? Because even Annavar can cause a masculine voice. Is it PEDS? I understand they're not that virilizing. Or is it simply being natural? Honestly, I don't think any pro bodybuilding athlete is 100% natural.
I would appreciate a response to this post from those who have studied the topic, because my biggest issue whenever I talk to women who would like to gain muscle is their fear of ending up with many of those side effects and irreversible consequences.
Here are some examples of the ideal result of a hyper-muscular body while maintaining femininity.
Izabela Baena.

Do you know of other examples of girls like this who were able to gain a lot of muscle while maintaining their femininity?
