Anybody watch WWE Backlash? Kept up the momentum after how good Wrestlemania was, and the Lyon, France crowd was on fire all night. One of the best crowds I have heard and it kind of brought me back to the Attitude Era/Monday Night Wars days!

Yes, I saw that, and the crowd was indeed incredible and so was Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.

I'm in the UK and the wrestling boom here happened in 1992 rather than the '80s and then again in 2000 it was massive. Personally I watched WWF from about 1991/2 until '95 and then lost interest in until late '98 and then watched it from then until Vince bought WCW and haven't really bothered watching since. Saw some of the old school ECW video tapes as well. One of my housemates in my last house is a huge wrestling fan and I would sometimes watch AEW with him.

As far as the GWM in wrestling Lita and Chyna were my favs. A bit after my time in terms of watching it but I also like Mickie James and Becky Lynch

What about the Glamazon (Beth Phoenix)? She had a nice run in the WWE a few years back..

Another musclebound wrestler, who seems kinda forgotten, was 'Asya' (Christi Wolf). I don't think she worked in the WCW too long, but she looked great while she was there. Late '90s, early '00s if I'm remembering correctly.
