I prefer size over shape. While both are determined by genetics, shape is moreso determined by it, whereas you have more control over your size with training. You're never going to have, say, split peaks, no matter how you train or how much you train them, unless you are genetically inclined for them.
Its all about proportions. Size is not that important. A well defined biceps on a small arm looks better than a less shaped big ball. For females, up to 33 cm (13") is a good maximum. Than the biceps has the width of the head, which still looks female.
> Shape over size. While I appreciate the size and density of someone like Anastasia Korableva arms, I find Jodi Miller or Michelle Maroldo's biceps more aesthetician pleasing. > > >
Finally someone mentioned Jodi Miller!!!! She reaching 50 or passed 50 already. Who cares. She have an incredible biceps, and a good overall physique. However she don't need to mess around with that freaking tilt shifting. The door looks wierdo at the background 🤯 Ruzh did the same a couple of times. She produced some interesting photos with wierd cupboards and doors. They don't even need tilt shifting to proof their physique... However if I compare Ruzhena Bedzir with Jodi Miller, Ms Miller wins that battle with light years biceps were unrel
Jodi Miller has truely legendary biceps ... they're about as perfect as a woman's biceps can get.
I will express my preference with these images.
