Is it legitimate to send a fan letter to a bodybuilder

Apr 05, 2023 - edited Apr 05, 2023 - permalink

That's what I think. You can't be a freak, it's obvious. Also you can't exagerate in your compliments and call her a muscle goddess or a muscle mommy. It will only inflate her ego and you will be ignored. Try to compliment her in some aspect she is not expecting like the beauty of her face or her elegance. Or try to find something that she is interested like the brand os the whey she have and this shit.

What do you guys think of this?

As someone who receives hundreds of messages a day, I’d highly suggest writing a nice letter that is DIFFERENT and unique that you feel represents you. Formally to her through kindness and something people may not usually say. I get fans all the time writing letters about my feet or biceps. Try implement other ways you feel would capture her attention. Try stay away from any nude topics, steroid topics, and don’t start with a topic on her biceps / pecs. Eg - I love heavy metal and even just bringing up a topic that is dear to her that you find different, it would benefit your chances in her seeing it for a hobby or interest she loves that’s outside of bodybuilding. Defs works for me. Maybe bring up her bodybuilding interest later on if you have a convo with her to keep the convo going at a respectful manner.

Some woman may find that talking about the subject including her pecs or glutes could be a a put off to her unless she brings it up.

If a woman has a high following and has a manager running the account, you most likely won’t receive a message back unless your very lucky. Best of luck. 🤟🏼

If you want to chat up Ms Rose, start with Parkway Drive

I used to send messages to fbb who were starting out on Instagram. Less followers, more chance to get noticed. I regularly chatted with Jessica Sestrem, Shanon Courtney and a few others. But as they became famous the frequency dropped till they stopped responding. I have not messaged them in like 3/4 years.

When you mentioned regular chat , did you mean that you commented on their post and they replied or chat by a PM

Shoot your shot; I DM’d a few muscle ladies, especially the ones in my area. Most didn’t respond, one have me her number to meet up, but most don’t even respond. Dont overthink this but also don’t over compliment them like others have said

surprisingly i've dm'd a few in my area and they were more than willing to meet up and get a workout in (for a fee). one was even willing to let me touchl in her words, "anything above the waist is fair game". haven't had a chance to link up yet, though.

I had two sessions with Karla back in the late 90s and early 2000. I can't quite remember but the first session was set up by email I think. The second one I got her phone number off one of her tapes. I called the number and she answered. She remembered me and set up the session. It was kinda hot as we chatted about her muscles in a friendly way.

I had a session with her in the late 90s as well when she visited Baltimore. The thing that made the biggest impression on me (aside from her physique) was how sweet and genuine she was. Just a really, really nice girl. So kind. She gave me a hug at the end of the session and told me to drive safely.
