Back about 15 years ago I worked out at the same gym Tomoko Kanda did.
I technically outlifted her, but it wasn't quite like that.
I was doing an average joe workout, four days a week/two day split, and at the time I was pretty into it. I was bicep curling 35 lb dumbbells, 3 sets 10 reps. Ms. Kanda was working arms, and she "only" curled 30 lbs.
Then she started doing preacher curls at comparable weight.
Then natural-grip barbell curls.
Then curls on the cable machine.
The whole time I was working out approximately half the muscles in my body, she was doing nothing but different kinds of bicep curls. She probably did a dozen times as many bicep curls as I did, at only slightly less weight.
She was still working biceps when my whole workout was over. Sure I did actually curl more at one single time than I saw her do, but I still felt pretty humble.
And she's a lot smaller than I am. Going by bodyweight percentage, her curling 30s was equivalent to me curling 45s.
Several times been outlifted by Kim Marturano. Easily the most intense female I’ve ever seen lift in person. I won’t even compare legs because she will double me in weight in just about everything. She’s probably 5’6 140, me 5’10 180. One time we were right next to each other doing military press, I was about to pick 35 lb db’s for a set of 10-12 but upped it to 40s just to not be embarrassed lol but she grabbed 45s and so did her friend she worked out with. That was the one time I was outlifted by a girl on the same exercise at the same time.
I'm small 160 cm 66 kgs, so almost all fit girls at my gym outfit me. It's a pretty good feeling ☺️.
Recently I was chatting with a girl who was doing 180 kg reps on hip thrusts. The max I can move is 100 kgs on deadlift.
A great experience I had was 4/5 years ago when I shared squats with a fit girl. The difference between her and my weights was a lot and we each spent a good time removing/ putting on weights between sets 🤗

Weird. It loads and runs on my desktop and phone too. It's just a short video of her overhead pressing 160 lbs on the overhead press machine.
has anyone of you ever been outlifted at the gym by a woman? I am a pretty big dude, 245lbs at 5'10", but I had girls do almost as much on chest as I did and considering the weight difference the outlifted me pound by pound. A few weeks ago I as at a gym and doing DB chest press with 130lbs and a young fit girl next to me with maybe 155lbs lifted 80lbs ... however I have been outlifted by my ex gf on good mornings and squads ... she was solid 180lbs at 5'3" and her legs were just extremely strong (PS I do not skip leg day)
