The arm wrestling arcade games

Aug 07, 2022 - edited Aug 07, 2022 - permalink

These have become less popular. But I'm interested in the idea that I could view a woman playing these games (video or real life), and then play the same game to see how I measure up. The only problem is that there are many different versions, and the machines may be calibrated differently.

Maybe searching for a particular hashtag on a social media site would allow you to view videos of many women playing this particular game.

Thanks for making me feel old brah! The first and only time I played this was in 95 as a freshman in high school.

Maybe search youtube for the video you are looking for.

Wow...this brings back memories. They had an arm wrestling arcade game at the old Cliff House in San Francisco. My 1st wife was very strong and drew a crowd when she challenged the machine. Embarrassed the crap out of me because she reached a higher level than me. I was woefully skinny and weak back then. Those games are all about strength...no technique to it. Sheryl got lots of compliments on her girl power that day. 👍💪

I once saw a girl beat one of these machines on the hardest setting. I hanged around the machine for some time waiting until it was deserted and tried myself. On the hardest setting I could not move it an millimeter. I had to put it at level 5 (out of 10) before I could beat it....

Yeah, it wasn't like typical arm wrestling, where you can turn a wrist, or use your legs for leverage. It was like a hydraulic movement, requiring strength and only strength. My ex wife was awesome and definitely strong.

Arcade arm wrestling games are, without a doubt, incredibly primitive and outdated. As an individual who craves exhilarating and immersive gaming experiences, I find these arcade arm wrestling games to be lackluster and mundane. Instead, I prefer to indulge my competitive spirit by clicking the link https://casinoplayamo.com/ and enjoying gambling. With a vast array of thrilling casino games at my disposal, including virtual arm wrestling options, I can embrace the excitement and adrenaline rush that I seek. Why settle for subpar arcade machines when you can elevate your gaming experience by joining the superior platform that is Playamo Casino?

Wow, I'd even forgotten what it looked like!

The one at the Cliff House in San Francisco looked completely different. I lost on easy levels many years ago. I remember that technique was worthless. It was all about strength. Similar arcade game to this....

The one I recall was called "Arm Champs II", and it had a girl named Trixie (a Russian, if I recall right) in the lower setting, and a RoboCop lookalike in the hardest. Made by Jaleco. Losing to the girl was almost impossible, but it came with the benefit of watching her flex a bit more.

I know this may not be the proper way to share this but for some reason it only comes up once and awhile when I search for it. If this was an error just delete the post. hopefully enjoy. Blast from the past « on: Jun 28th, 2006, 6:10pm » Quote Quote Modify Modify I was just going through my diary of old arm wrestling matches (yes, I write them down so I can relive the better ones over and over again), and I came across this one. If I've already posted this somewhere, forgive me for the repeat.

It was a night unlike any other. The temperature was great, the grass was green, the stars were sparklng; and on this September night, one of my greatest arm wrestling fantasies came true.

I was in my late twenties, a real young urban professional in those days, and was hanging around one of my favorite pizza places. They had an arm wrestling robot in the game room, and, once in a great while, I would get to see a pretty girl give it a try.

There were five settings on the machine, each one progressively harder than the one before. I was doing the same as usual, winning easily on the first and second settings, struggling harder, but winning on the third; struggling harder still, and losing a tough match on the fourth, and finally getting killed on the fifth.

On this particular machine, I had noticed football players from the local college similarly struggle. Some were able to win on the fourth, but I had never seen anyone win on the highest setting. So I wasn't particularly ashamed of my abilities.

While I was eating my pizza (in full view of the machine, just in case...), two women in their early 20s came in, and went right to the machine. Both girls were about the same size, weight, and age: about 20 to 22 years old, 115 to 120 pounds, and 5'5" to 5'6" tall. One had light brown hair, the other was a darker, raven haired beauty.

The girl with the light brown hair tried the machine first, and, as I expected, she lost fairly quickly on the lightest setting. I was disappointed, as I was hoping to find someone that was a little more competitive with me. Because, after all, if they were willing to arm wrestle with the machine in public, they just might be willing to try it with a "real" human being. Of course, that had never happened to me before, but one always has his dreams.

Anyway, the lighter haired girl laughed and stepped aside after her defeat, and the raven haired beauty stepped up to the machine.

Throwing caution aside, I walked up to the machine to watch the match. I was shocked to see that she had moved the setting to the fourth position (the one that had continually bested me in the past).

I had to interrupt her, and suggested that perhaps she might want to start on a lower setting and work her way up.

She smiled (a really gorgeous smile, I might add), and assured me that she had sucessfully played this game before, and knew exactly what she was capable of doing.

She then dropped in the token, briefly struggled with the machine, and dropped the artificial arm to the table.

While I was still pondering the fact that she had beaten a setting that I, a theoretically stronger, bigger male could not, she advanced the setting to the highest level. I watched in amazement as she struggled for 15 or 20 seconds before finally giving in. (As I mentioned earlier, I had seen football players lose on that setting faster!) Then she turned to her friend, and said, "One of these days, I'm going to beat that thing..."

They went on to order their pizza, and I had to retry the machine--on level four, of course. I knew that I had never won level four before, but if that gorgeous creature could beat it, then surely I could, too. The theory was good, but the execution was weak.

I turned away from the machine after my loss, and noticed the cute raven haired one smiling at me. Had she seen my failure? It seemed certain that she had, as it was just a couple of minutes until she was once again at the machine.

Of course, I again watched as she won at the same setting that had just triumphed over me. I felt pretty sure that she was making a point.

I'm not sure what I said to her, but it was pretty lame. I'm sure it was something like "I know that I sound like a maniac, but I've never met a girl as strong as you are. Would you like to arm wrestle?"

She surprised me by saying yes right away, and we sat down at a nearby booth. Her friend acted as the referee and started us.

I could tell from the start that I was in trouble.

Immediately, the beauty took the advantage, moving me about 10-15 degrees off center. I leaned in, and turned her hand to gain some leverage, and gained back some ground. Still, she was able to stop my momentum before I could get back into the neutral position. Then she turned on the power, and started moving my arm back again.

Due to my somewhat superior technique, I was able to stop her advance when my arm was 1/4 of the way towards defeat.

However, at this point, she seemed unable to advance my arm. We stayed in that uncomfortable position for about 45 seconds.

Somehow, she came up with a bit more power, and moved my arm backwards again. This time, she ran out of steam with my arm about halfway to defeat. She must not have had anything left, as she pulled out, frustrated, with my arm only a few inches from defeat.

I thanked her for a great match, complimented her on her strength, and started to leave, but as I was getting up from the table, she told me to stay put. She wanted another chance to put me away.

She placed her right arm on the table again. I pleaded for a left-armed match, as my right was still quite sore. She didn't want to, but okay'd it only after I promised her a rematch with our right arms when we were done.

The left handed match lasted about 30 seconds, with us locked dead even. Once again, she pulled out, saying that she wanted to finish our right handed contest. Wonder Woman wasn't going to be satisfied until she put me away with her stronger arm (which, I hate to admit, was mine as well).

Cautiously, I hooked up with her again. This time, she exploded from the start. Fortunately, I had planned the same move, so she didn't slam my arm to the table. Still, she overpowered me a bit at the beginning (though not by as much as she would have liked), and forced my arm back once again. We stalled for a few seconds with my arm halfway to defeat, but, as before, after a short rest, she started advancing again.

I managed to stall the match again when my hand was just a few inches from the table. I thought that I would be able to hang on like I had the last time, but she had declared that there would be no draw this time. We passed the time limit from the earlier match, and I was still hanging on by a thread. Finally, after what seemed like hours of struggle to my aching arm, I felt the back of my hand brush the table.

A huge smile came across her face, and she congratulated me on a tough match. She hadn't expected me to hang on nearly as long as I did.

She and her friend got up to leave the restaurant. As they were walking towards the door, I called out "Wait, I didn't get your names!" The raven haired one responded, "We didn't give them to you". And smiled that gorgeous smile again.

I asked, "How am I supposed to get a rematch if I don't know how to contact you?" The victorious beauty responded, "We come here often, just watch for us..."

I would like to report that this was only the first of a long and beautiful arm wrestling relationship. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The pizza joint closed just a few weeks later, and I never saw either woman again. But I still have the wonderful memories of that one encounter.
