Guys. I don’t have pics yet but my wife started training again in the last few months. Shes got a great body, amazing shoulders and looks like a model. She gets compliments Everyday time we go out. Shes given me 4 kids and is still fit except she’s gained around the waist. Her trainer is a GWM on this site and is arguably the hottest chick I’ve ever met. My wife trained about 10 years ago with another GWM on this site. She was the best trainer ever and got her in phenomenal shape. Sadly, ended and I finally got her going again this year. I’ll find a way to share pics down the road. Her legs are very tight and her arms are getting bigger, more toned.

I've never started a relationship with a woman who already trained and was muscular, but I've always had success in getting them to start training and gain weight. This has already happened on three occasions, including in my current relationship, which has lasted two years and my girlfriend has been training for a year, and her body is already significantly better. Of course, I train too, and together we have the goal of becoming better every day.
If you don't mind sharing, how were you able to get them to start training and gaining weight?
