Another interesting thing nowdays I can't see any "distortioned" picture from Ruzh, but nowdays her biceps looks a little bit shorter. I didn't found any effect in her pictures. Interesting isn't it

Let's see the following pictures made from Ruzh! Distortion available on both pictures! With the black suit, distortion is inside tolerance. It's only have a -5 degree tilt correcton and the background is fine! That's the real Ruzh without any hocus pocus, but on the other picture, the background distortion way out of tolerance! That's have tilt shifting effect!

Just shorty, every camera lens give a little distortion and its position matter a lot. This is quite different than editing or photoshop a picture. Like, with some tools you can literally fake what u want. In Ruzh case I mean... just watch videos... biceps are there, all this kind of deep investigation seems a little weird if you ask me and pretty useless as well.
I am thinking that since this thread took such a wrong direction, I am feeling like asking moderators to close it.

Nah, this thread is fine. It was our friend there who had some fever pitch over Ruzhena pics. If he wants to "debunk" the models here, he should have started his own thread.
Why not post some Emma X Ruzh pics now? Let's keep the appreciation for them.

Every camera lens give a little distortion in tolerance. Specifications available at the manufacturer. For the final word we reproduced this issue. Emma kept her phone more and less straight, we can't see any tilt correcton on her pictures. That's why you see no, or little distractions which is in tolerance. From Ruzh side, she made her pictures with a little tilt angle and she made a tilt correcton back to 0 at final edit. We call this tilt shifting. Pro side her upper body, plus her flexed arm looks slightly bigger, but at the con side the background looks wierdo! This appeared on her stay during this summer in Ukraine. That's visible in her 12-15 posts on her socials. She made these mainly in the local gym's changing room. Someone showed her a trick which went wrong. You check her posts nowadays and before her stay in Ukraine, her biceps doesn't looks that big like on those pictures which made in Ukraine. Distortion almost disappeared, or that's in tolerance. We think Ruzh's gat several negative comments behind the scenes, and her social media profile monitored by Goob_u2! We think Goob might contacted her and asked several awkward question. Do you remember for that storm when Goob roasted Emma previously? We think same will happens but with Ruzh soon....

whatever... I think for this kind of argument you might open another thread, this one was born with a different purpose. Anyway videos are out there, I don't think u can fake that much there. Yep I'll open it. Sadly Photo editing shows false representation from fitness. Back to the topic. At my side Emma wins the trophy she better balancedv,and she haven't got any breast enlargement and Botox. Ruzh extremely down rated since her the second mouth fill. For off topic jackpots won by Vladislava Galagan (on IG vladigalagan nicknamed as Muscle Barbie), Melinda Lindmark and Zafirova Kristina. They have an extremely well balanced physique! However Ms Zafirova gat her IFBB card on her last contest.... However if I stay on the amateur side, the real motivation engine is Stefanie Millinger. Gymnastics always stays in my heart forever! They extremely exercising their as off! Ms Millinger sympathetic for me, because she's the living Angel, more likable than Ruzh. Sadly Ruzh ego flew away in 2023. However I received several warnings about her extreme money hungry behaviour.

Yeap. Just for comparison Melinda Lindmark's biceps size 42 cm 16,5 inches Legendary Jodi Miller's 38 cm 15 inches Emma Hartley's 36 cm 14 Inches. Her arms well balanced, because she's hardly exercising for triceps too. Ruzh arms smaller, because she mostly concentrating for biceps and it's visible too. Her arms peaks at 34 cm roughly 13,5 inches
Ruzh measured them again sometime in May or June of this year I believe. They were at 14" the biggest they've ever been. She has since cut weight so they are probably closer to 13.5 right now. Pretty good for someone who is as thin and toned as her.
Which means, Ruzh didn't gained too much maybe a half cm +-. That's nothing! Which means she just maintain her shape, she doesn't workout hard as she told, or something else. As far as I remember roughly 2 maybe 3 years ago, she made a biceps measurement it was also 34 cm 13,5 inches. When I hit the gym my biceps was a 1 cm smaller than Ruzh in 2019. Right now I peak at 38,5 cm 15 inches. Something not right here. I know too many variants going on, but few shirts are tight fit on my flexed biceps. Emma showing magnificent gain here....

Maybe Ruzh doing too much cardio. Plus she might have to give up one day in the gym. 5-6 times enough for a week. I started to gain massively, when I changed my schedule implemented 1 day rest and 1 cardio day with just core workout.
Ruzh supposedly works on her legs too, but all the muscle seems to wind up in her biceps and abs...
I guess the biceps are the only part where she's genetically gifted.
I should approach this from different side Ruzh just exercised for those body parts what she liked, the rest was just skipped, or less trained. Maybe more and more people tells her do some more exercise on the rest of the body. Yes she looks amorph! Good to see she's start to realise this and works and build her shape to balance

how do you know emmas bicep size? I only ever saw one super low quality video where she measured 33 cm, but its old
To be fair and be a little bit balanced! Someone gived a sneak attention for this photo from Emma Hartley. We seen the same effect from Ruzh during her stay in Ukraine! Check the pole on the left on this picture! The right side straight!

Interesting but seen nicely shooted photo from Ruzh with straight back round. Even My phone can make nicely a full body picture without or minimal distortion which I say is in tolerance! So that's means her iPhone is garbage or it's Tilt Shifted! Interesting I didn't seen this on Emma's iPhone! Emma using iPhone too
