Damn, I sure wish Cross Fit was around when I was young. These women are fantastic!! The only fit women were gymnasts and their upper bodies were in long sleeves, when I was young.
A sad note. I dated a woman who knew of my love for muscles. She hit the weights pretty hard but unfortunately, started to panic when her breasts began to disappear, as muscle took over. I couldn't compliment her enough to keep her lifting. She didn't even do anything for chest other than dips but it scared her and she quit lifting.
As much as I hate fake boobs, I would much rather have paid for breast implants, as opposed to her quiting on the weights. However, I think she hated fake boobs more than me, so that just wasn't an alternative.
