It was rumored for a bit that 2x Miss Physique Olympia Champion Shanique Grant would make a return to the stage. Well...rumor no more. Shanique herself confirmed on her Instagram that she WILL be back on stage in 2024...but this time in Wellness. With her already crazy shape, I think she will do pretty well in that division.
She'll need to put a lot more emphasis and training below her waist to stand a chance. What really made her stand out in Physique was the V shape of her upper body, which won't serve her as much in Wellness.
