There's a bodybuilder living in my village, I see her every Saturday at 11 in the local supermarket (not stalking, promise). She wanders around in a vest, she's really muscly. Anyway, when I see her...I have to wander around a little just to see her again. I always do that when I see a fit girl (e.g: a few years ago in Liverpool there was a girl proudly showing off her abs - I had to stop to do my laces...) A little weird? I know it is. I'm sure they know most eyes are on them anyway.

in my gym there is a girl thats in really good shape and I often see her and I just enjoy seeing her working out and i love looking at her but im trying my best not to stare lol

I react the same way , if I see a muscle girl in the street or in the gym I have to look but I try and be very discreet and not make it obvious, we all love muscle girls on this site so it’s impossible not to look and admire them .

It's very rare for me to see strong women in person. i only brefly saw a very muscular jogger running past me. she was jogging very fast and was very sweaty .she must have been jogging all day .i was focused on my phone when i heard her grunts and noticed her abs and biceps .i started having butterflys in my belly and my heart was beating fast seeing my dream woman. but she ran quickly .i admired her calves and hamstrings .as she ran off into the distance at fast speed that i couldn't keep up with even if i tried my best .(don't worry i didn't i am not dumb i know that is not ok). but it was kind of akward. the park was busy so i went home quickly since i was getting horny. i had this issue often when i was a teenager and i saw a woman with big calves or boobs. but these days it takes a very epic woman for this to happen.

Dude, stop calling yourself weird for liking beautiful, sexy women. You are not a weirdo or a pervert. Since when did men loving sexy, beautiful women become weirdness and perversion, anyway? WTF, man.

Why don't you find an excuse to talk to her if she and you are single? Compliment her on her physique something like that. If she engages the conversation it s a win if not you tried.
