So I got curious, decided to search for gifs of "Female muscle" "Muscle Girl" and FBB.
Surely enough, they have flexing gifs of Elena Oana Hreapca(many), Zuzana Korinkova(many), Yeon Woo Ji, Tarna Alderman, Sarah Hayes, Jodi Boam.
For some waaay over half of them are Oana
