I can't recall too many off the top of my head, but recently:
Dani Reardon, after quitting bodybuilding, looks pretty normal now. Still got a bit of a build, I wouldn't say it's as drastic as Michelle up there.
Katie Lee, definitely was at her peak and started to downsize for MMA, then of course got sick and lost everything. That's probably among the most drastic I've seen, maybe ever.
Vanessa Naesheim was pretty large/dense and was a physique pro. She still looks athletic but has been doing BJJ for a few years now and looks nothing like she did at her peak.

To me it was Katie Lee that was the most shocking because she was a beautiful monster when she was built. It's so sad she got really sick and downsized so much due to her illness.
Let's face it building and keeping a big pile of muscle takes a lot of time and effort, some end up deciding they have other plans for their free time. You can spend far less time in the gym and still maintain a fit muscular body that stands out and is healthy and many end up on that path. Good looking arms don't have to be 16 inches.
Changes in PEDs and/or does. Loss of efficacy of PEDs over time. Health/cosmetic risks/impact of PEDs leading to reduced doses or stopping usage. Those factors play a big part.
Most of the promising one's only seem to be on the scene , for a short time . Example Britt Miller , Cindy Phillips , Megan Abshire , and tons of other's . I really believe it's due to side effects , and many not liking the impact it does to them . It's hard to believe many of them work so hard .. and then all of a sudden say NO this look is not for me . It doesn't make sense aside from the steroid effecting their health .
I think the one that is going to stay with me forever is Sophie Arvebrink. She is obviously still very fit, but compared to how big she was at just 19 years old it's hard not to feel a twang of disappointment. Though she seems to be doing quite well for herself so who am I to say.
Her physique was so unique the closes ive seen to her is helen davis daughter
| Maya Davis is gonna get huge soon |
Add Dylan Crenshaw to that list also. She’s already big, but she will make some mind blowing gains I believe. Sorry for getting off topic for a minute.
Original post is Michelle Ralabate. There is no way she could have kept that kind of mass long term.
While on this site I love how women turn into muscular goddesses, I also find it very intriguing to see how a woman through years of training gets to their peak of muscularity and then stops for some reason and shrink back to a woman of normal proportions. In some cases, they turn into fat women and you no longer recognize the fbb of yesteryear. Are there people who feel the same way about this?
