Not funny bro. A friend of mine went through the same, it's one of the most invasive and painful things to deal with. She didn't had it for fun or for aesthetic, it was necessary for breathing especially during sleep. And I can tell it's a very painful process. The face will have significant changes due to the kind of surgery needed. It's not even physiologically easy since you'll see your face looking different. Emma deserves much respect for all she went through.
