Well done. It's probably AI then, given the bio on the fanvue page. Also, the water droplets seem to defy physics.
I realize AI is getting extremely good, but I downloaded from the source and rotated the orientation to landscape for a saner view at highest quality available and I couldn't find a tell.
I understand your suspicion about the water droplets seemingly not running down, but that too is consistent with physics. Small enough water droplets can cling to visually imperceptible imperfections. Think about dew drops on plant leaves or condensation on a cold soda bottle. Until disturbed or unless they combine to form larger drops, they can cling.
The body has extremely fine hairs that can't be seen without magnification greater than this video provides. That's enough for tiny droplets to cling to. Those droplets are clinging, but it drops when she touches her wet shirt.
I looked at all the finer details. How her skin moves with her belly piercing, her ribs and veins under her skin, her lace panties over her body. She has other tattoos that come into view, move out of view, and return again without changing. AI is terrible at maintaining that level of consistency. The tattoos would vanish, change, or move as they returned to view a second time. Same goes for her room environment. There's so much consistency.
Update: I found another video of her that would appear to support that she's real.
Particularly motivated by mounting suspicions that it's AI, I'm preserving these comments here, especially because phillthedrill linked to a very useful AI Video Detector which is greatly needed as AI videos become more prevalent.
I'll add that the SightEngine AI Detector that Chainer has used to inspect other images in the past also does AI Video Detection, but I just noticed that feature recently and haven't used it yet.
Apart from the water droplets I think this is AI based on her right (our left) hand.
In the first ~2 seconds the veins on that hand look weird / artifacty as her hand moves around but there is pretty clearly no tattoo.
Just before :06 as her hand rotates into view a weird horizontal artifact/line appears on it out of nowhere.
Then at 0:13 her hand appears to have more artifacts (or a tattoo?) that weren't there earlier in the video.

If it's AI, it's good enough to make it difficult to tell, but if it's AI, it doesn't belong in the GWM gallery and should be deleted. I'll not be happy about failing to catch it if it is.
Update: The second upload of her at least supports that she's an actual person. The other video has writing on her shirt that gets folded and wrinkled and moves in ways I'm unaware of any AI being capable of rendering. That doesn't eliminate the possibility that this video isn't an AI muscle enhancement, but I sincerely doubt it. AI enhancements still have an uncanny valley to any kind of definition in everything I've seen.

It said there is a high 63% probability of it being AI.
I haven't tried your AI Video Detector yet, but I'm liking several things on first look. I really like that it has sharable links that preserve the inspection report, I love that it distinguishes between AI and "Manipulated", and it provides a breakdown which looks like it may provide further insight, though I haven't looked closely yet.
Its result on your scan says "63% Manipulated" which is not the same as saying it's AI.
I can tell you it's 100% Manipulated because I'm the one that did the manipulation as I mentioned in the comments of the video prior to your scan... I rotated the orientation 90° counterclockwise using the EZgif website (EZgif uses ffmpeg). I made no other changes to the upload.
The original was sideways. I'm going to try uploading the original video to be scanned.
Update: DetectVideo rated the original (sideways) video as 88% Authentic.

That doesn't mean it's not AI, but it confirms my suspicion that your 63% Manipulated result was because I rotated the video.
I tried scanning it with the SightEngine AI Video Detector, but despite not using it for several days it told me I'd reached my Free Limit. Perhaps someone else can download the original and test it.

"Source" in this case partially answers itself if you click "Source" above. It says "TWMate.com” which downloads videos from Twitter.
Now the questions are which Twitter account, and does that tell us what her name is.
Update: I found this source, almost certainly a repost, but I don't speak Japanese, and I don't have a Fanvue account. I can't take this search any farther.
