If you want to see what legit bar bending is, here's what that looks like. Feel free to share your examples too.

Not on this site, but this Lora Ottenad video is one of the best example I've ever seen.

I can't help but wonder why a certain operation with a massive amount of resources and the female muscle fetish market virtually cornered would opt for lame ass stacks of flimsy metal strips that have been metal fatigued and bent back straight again 20 times.

Doesn't really hit the same once you've seen the real deal.

I think these „metal plank” bendings are just made so they look impressive. They still require some strength, but they are fatigued from being bend over and over again. I remember there was a video, I think Paulinka Mora was bending some shorter planks and she was actually bending them in two places, it looked like a bigger effort. Nevertheless I would love to see more videos like the one below. Judging from these and her pan bending stuff I believe she would be able to bend two at once. Especially that she didn’t need to use her neck like some other girls. Imo incredibly strong.

Yes 'proper' bar bending please. None of the strip rubbish which is obviously easier to bend because it's thinner. I want some rebar knotted up tight with pure juicy pec and arm power, and the strains and grunts to go with it.

Exactly.

Try some 3/8 or 1/2 inch rebar. That would be impressive.

Yea I guess those bars are just cheaper but it's nice to see her destroy every day items. because I will know how hard it really and it really shows her potential. but it's probably more expensive and you need to find something nobody will use. like I wanted to get a female friend to destroy some stuff .but I basically only had stuff that was too easy too hard or too valuable or useful

As for the real bending I can recommend for example this 2 videos, they look impressive. https://youtu.be/ggHHl9rrIuk?is=kWyEQAc767xGizlS https://youtu.be/sd6uOeuifO8?is=XdUanJbJ1kXjByuO And I think my personal favourite, Melody Schoenfield and her strength, she’s got quite some quite impressive bendings etc where you can see it’s real steel. These videos are pretty old nevertheless good. https://youtube.com/shorts/60lmG00V-1g?is=KNX...

There also was a video of Kathy Bertram in some kind of Japanese TV show I believe when she was doing some feats like ripping pan bending metal etc but I need to find it

Once I made a friend of mine bend a milking pan and some forks and spoons at her house, she is fit and strong, it looked fun to see her arm muscles popping especially that she was in a top, but nevertheless I would love to see her bend something harder I bet she can do that. Nevertheless she managed to rip apart one of the forks so it was even more pleasant to watch.
