Why does it say pic is on waiting list but shows publicly?

Quick question, I posted a video for the first time so therefor it had to be manually reviewd before it appeared in the gallery. However now appears in the gallery of the model as if posted but it says in red text at the top "This image is on the waitlist to get posted." Also despite showing publicly the image doesn't show any score numbers.

Is this a glitch or is there an additional waiting period where it shows up in the gallery but cannot be interacted with? The video hasn't shown up on the "Recently Posted" category despite being viewable in the models gallery by name.

Yeah, that is specifically to space out images appearing on "recently posted" so that when someone uploads a lot at a time, or mods approve a bunch of images from the queue, it doesn't unfairly push images off the front page too soon.

The images are public and visible everywhere (for example if you go to that model's gallery) EXCEPT in the "recently posted" section.
