The answer is PEDs. Delts have a higher density of androgen receptors compared to other muscles, making them disproportionately sensitive to test and other supplements.
The delts and traps have more androgen receptors than other parts of the body, and women's androgen receptors are more responsive than men's. Plenty of competitors stop targeting delts and traps in the pursuit of overall balance, because of how quickly they respond to the combination of PEDs and training.
None of these are that crazy. I'm not sure you guys are all as experts as you think you are on how much muscle a woman can gain naturally. What I'm saying is I see this physique a lot on mostly young women that get into upperbody training for a few years or so; tiny biceps/triceps, but fairly well sized delts (tiny on the average man who lifts, but proportionally big in comparisson to other muscular on the upper body).
This pottery influencer is a better example perhaps
We really think this pottery influencer is on Anavar:
I dont think the Influencer Takes Something, maybe Creatine thats IT, isnt a crazy physique
My wife has deltoids at least as big as that pottery influencer and has never taken a steroid in her life. It comes down to multiple factors like weight lifting for delts but also genetics. The influencer photo may also highlight the delts based on posture and lighting. The conclusion that everyone jumps to on this site that the woman must be on steroids is just a grand conspiracy theory IMO.
Something I've noticed in women that just get into maybe bikini bodybuilding, or just lifting in general. Is that they seemingly are able to grow delts more than any other upper body muscle. Which for a alot of men, normally delts are the last thing to pop like this.
Is it genetic perhaps, these women are just blessed with delts that grow easily and they have wide clavicles, narrow ribs to help with that? Do they simply not train biceps and triceps and only delts? Or is it indicative of mild anavar usage? Super curious to know
