But names like Larissa dick, lili dong, and pik man, are just so cruel for a woman especially muscular ones that already get called mainly. i know they are from non english speaking countries and their last names have very old roots but its funny.

Pierce is her "birth name", quite likely Strong is a public pseudonym or "stage name" that many women have on different sites.
