Somehow I missed the last 3 responses. The Dukes of Hazard movie was very entertaining for a "spoof".
After I saw the movie in the theater, there was a guy that owned a General Lee replica car. Inside the glove compartment were autographs from the entire cast of the tv show. He was selling rides around the theater parking lot.
I paid for a ride and he drifted that 17 ft Dodge Charger all over the huge empty parking lot as I hung on for dear life loving every second.
I just caught the tale end of an episode of One Life to Live. No multi million dollar budget, no fancy sets or on location shoots, no explosions, car chases, martial arts or gun fights; just a good, relatable storyline, and better than anything on tv nowadays.
Streets of San Francisco, Kojak, Charlies Angels, Prince of Bel Air
Slightly expanding the choices on offer: I hereby confess to still own and use retro Videogams and Homecomputers: C64, Atari, Intellivision, Colecovision, various Handhelds
