If they can find something that points to being the same person the block can still happen for other accounts. Like the phone number used during the sign up.
You can try to create a new account from scratch. Use a different browser, different device and a VPN. And of course new personal info including phone number. This should do the trick

Hi everyone! How's it going? I'd like to ask the community members a favor: can you access this profile on Instagram? I have the impression that the model has blocked me. However, when I log in with a second fake profile that I have to save models and photos, I can't access it either! And the message it shows is that the profile is unavailable, even though a quick Google search makes it seem accessible.
