As someone who creates AI “slop” (never posted to this site), I think it’s best to allow it but create a simple filter switch so you the user don’t have too see it if you don’t want to. I know this site is all about real people, not digital art, morphs, etc. But given the massive flow of AI content, giving people a path to post it with transparency is probably better than trying to ban it. I think it will be a lot easier for the owners of this site to have an AI label, and you the user can just filter them out. And the uploaders won’t feel a need to try and trick anyone. I’m all for transparency when it comes to AI rather than banning it.
Yeah, lets up the server costs and make moderation even more of a chore by posting thousands of ai pics a day.

You've already got your answer. You think adding a filter for content is "simple" and "easy" to avoid it? As you know there's a thread in the forum for posting AI content and that's where it is permitted. Ai is acceptable in its right place , but the whole point of the AI slop label is that it floods and overwhelms other content channels and wading through and "filtering" is time consuming.
As a mod I would be against AI in the main gallery. It would devalue what's important here and given the cost of generating AI personalities is going drop, then we'd just be flooded with AI. I've already seen this happen in other places and I would not like GWM to suffer the same fate.
For me AI should be kept to the sub forums.
Now that being said, the original topic of discussion was improving the reporting of AI. Other aspects of AI should be in their own threads.

Yeah but at some point you and other people won't be able to recognize what is AI slop and what not. It's just a matter of time. I am with fakemusclegirls here. Simple filter category could make the admin life easier. shrugs but it's your site guys, do what you want :)

You've contradicted yourself. How are you going to "filter" AI if you can't first recognise it? That can't be done automatically. It's Mods and volunteers like myself that are recognising, reporting and getting it removed in the first place.

Sure there will be people who will post it as real and control will be always needed. But there is still good in people and if you make them submit AI picture with the tag, they will mostly use it. I can be naive ofc. The community is usually supportive to admins and surely helps with reporting. And you can ban people who won't use the proper tag. Just thoughts.
Would help streamline reporting AI content.
