I would be surprised that this is AI, I can't point out any aspect of that vid that doesnt look real. Someone mentioned that the brand on the water bottle really exists, which is still a hard thing for AI to reproduce accurately. Also the way that bench shakes a little, and how the padding behaves and shows traces of wear. The person moving in the background stepping over the dumbbell on the ground... Was it not possible to ID her?
I thought the legs looked quite small for a woman who works out, but I suspended my disbelief in hopes of it being real.
That Adam's apple is crazy big and obvious.
Now that you've pointed it out...

Yes, I think that's pretty conclusive. It's just been re-posted here: https://www.girlswithmuscle.com/2644180/
AI or not why we can't have nice things? :/
Because despite your 2 uploads from years ago you don't appear to have read the upload rules since.
No nudity. No adult content. No images from female muscle paysites. No cropping of watermarks. No images of minors (under 18). No images of trans women (see the forum section instead). No artificial content (AI / morphs).

Why attack me? I am just upset that this rule is in, no need to get personal. Those seem to be obvious rules. And the artifical content is just in my opinion a matter of time when it will be reconsidered. Tags and specific separation is possible. And in this specific case it's not even clear if it's AI if I understood it well. shrugs

I have no idea why he attacked you lol
The biggest tell for me that this is probably real is the woman who is almost out of frame doing lateral raises (or whatever similar motions that is). Video generative AI models are "screen-space" so to speak, or image-space. They don't conceptualize things that are happening or existing out of frame very well, if at all. It's why it's so difficult even now to generate consistent 3d rotations of objects. For example if you start with a person facing away from the camera wearing a shirt with a logo, and generate a video of the camera rotating around them until it returns to behind them, the logo will likely change, or a half dozen little details will be lost as soon as they're out of the image. You can clearly see the woman's shadow move realistically (or at least plausibly) as she does lateral raises, and most modern video generative models would not do well with that at all. There's also multiple light sources, casting multiple shadows of her arms as she goes through the motions, and those shadows are consistent. The little scratched details on the post by her calves are also consistent before and after the guy's head occludes them for a bit, another tell that it's probably real. I imagine in a 3-4+ years it will be impossible to tell the difference with the best models, but for now there's usually things you can look for.
I highly doubt this ai. There is no obvious tells. And Ai still seems to have huge problems making movements look realistic with more than one person at a time. And the vid looks realistic to me.
But on the other hand I suspect it to be a man in drag or cross dressing. There is just something off in "her" build. And I think I have seen other post of a similar looking slim, but muscular, cross dressing asian man before.
Totally understand that the video was taken down, but I still apriciate his/her muscularity and obvious power. Poor guy on the left probably had a sore arm for weeks after getting crushed.
... due to my assessment that:
