Tangentially related I guess, but I found this interesting. A lot of middle-aged women are taking high doses of testosterone and finding it's giving them their groove back, so to speak.
For a pick me up for work and life, a lot of the common experience too is revving up the libido. One woman picked up weightlifting, so I wonder if there's an uptick in that too.

Wow. President should support free testosterone for every milf, gulf and cougar.
This article is about women supplementing with testosterone to feel better in middle age. Women naturally produce testosterone and these levels decrease with age. Bonus if they are also lifting weights. For years the FDA guidelines on hormone replacement for both men and women have been overly cautious. Recent studies are finding that connections between serious side effects like certain cancers and vascular diseases and hormone replacement are not as definitive as once thought.
My wife was prescribed some testosterone cream for her menopause at 50. She is a naturally fit woman and works out a bit. I started noticing a difference, she did gain muscle size and I liked it but eventually she stopped using it once her hormone levels were good but still kept using progesterone but that just prevents the hot flashes and helps her sleep better. I wish she would have continued with the test cream. Personally I’ve been on TRT for a year now and feel great, doing bloodwork every 4 months.
