Re-reading my first comment... it can come across as harsh, but I tend to hold higher standards for people who dedicate years of their life towards the pursuit of a goal. I believe if you're passionate enough about bodybuilding, you'd practice your stage routine to the point where it doesn't look as clumsy as some of the ones displayed in the original post. I hold no animosity towards any of them, and I do respect the effort of "putting themselves out there" to be judged, but I guess I just wish that mediocrity wasn't praised as it is in today's world. This is coming from a point of view that "while, yes, you did very well... but did you do your best?"
You're talking about the Physique competitor. She was a bit clumsy. To be fair, she competed uncontested and (to me at least) did not cheat. I think she is natural. The natural shows typically have far less competitors.
The Figure winner pisses me off though. I'm not against PEDs at all, but I have no patience for people who take PEDs, deny it, and enter natural shows. It's not fair to the natural competitors.

I'm in the same boat as you. I can't stand dishonesty, especially if it's detrimental to others (i.e. costing others a shot at victory).
Watching these videos with a bit more attention, I do wish there was some consistency in the procedures. The judge (or host, whoever) barking orders at the woman ("raise your hand up in victory") is a bit cringe to me. Ideally, there should be an understood and practiced flow to it that shouldn't need to be dictated.
Those are the 'natural' contests under the banner of the NPC/IFBB that have been around for the past five years. Their only existence is to cut into the market share of other longstanding natural feds such as the INBF, OCB, etc. Their numbers have increased to ridiculous levels for the past two years and it seems to be a part of the IFBB's strategy to extend its influence and increase its membership, in the same token as creating new 'soft' classes such as the Fit Model one.
In other words, they are not much concerned about whether the athletes are genuinely natural, as long as they look 'natural enough' to pass. Remember Sunny Andrews got one of her Ms O qualifications by competing in one of those supposedly drug-free contests.
Do you mean to say that petty politics and corporate greed have all but completely destroyed "natural" bodybuilding?

Don't sell yourself short... you provided all of the crucial details. I tend to be more of a "big picture" guy, so "summing things up" is more my style. I couldn't exist without the "details guys" (like yourself) to give me the inspiration to say something.

Competitor Selection
Natural NPC Regional contests will:
have at least all Open Class Winners tested backstage by urinalysis by a qualified nurse or doctor; or have a minimum of 50% of the competitors tested by polygraph scheduled before or during check-in.
Natural NPC/NPC Worldwide Pro Qualifier contests, such as the Ben Weider Natural Pro Qualifier and Pittsburgh Natural Pro Qualifier, will:

I know people who are natural and have entered regional natural shows. Neither one was tested.

Also, polygraphs can be fooled and are not 100% reliable (hence why they aren't admissible in court. Also, chances are they also aren't using administrators as trained in using them as, say, those who are employed by the federal government or law enforcement agencies for employment screening.
I'm honestly not sure what "looks like a joke" here is referring to, please help me out. Is it:
That there are non-natties competing in a "natural" show, which shows that the testing they do is farcical
That women competing in regular shows looking far more muscular makes their claims of being natty look like a joke
The shape these women are in (in the natural show) is subpar

Yeah, rules vary greatly from fed to fed, lifetime natty status is not required anymore in most natural feds. As irsa76 says above, some feds allow a 'washout' of just 12 months, which gives athletes enough time to use gear and come 'clean' the day of the contest.

I mean that’s just the natural progression of things. As training knowledge and drugs become more advanced year after year, people will continue to use them to their advantage to push the body to its limits (in terms of size and leanness). Take any top bodybuilder from the 1970s and put them in a competition today and they would get smoked

Basically all categories are the same, only difference are a couple of pounds leaner bodyfat % and maybe not even that. Bikini is the leanest and they look the best.
Drug testing is a parody at these competitions.
