Techniques used in the ring work well in "real fights",it's even worse as there are no rules and a referee around

I have had my fair share of street fights and box 3 daysa week,you on the other hand think just because someone's bigger and sees red then they can fight,it doesn't work like that unless it's in your fantasies

Valerie Adams is strong and impressive. In a fight between her and an mma'er she would have to attack first, use her incredible strength to overpower her victim by grabbing her by the throat or clothes, then pray as her opponent wraps her arms up in a pretzel and makes Valerie beg they don't snap her limbs.
Some people in this thread are absolutely delusional lmao. I don't want to shit on people's fantasies but the delusion is insane. Valerie may have a chance against a 115lber but she would still need some fighting ability or at least put her body on the girl and strangle her. Other than that it's not happening. I will prove it to you at the end of my post.
The women with the alpha women on this whole site who are bodybuilders are Jay Fuchs as mentioned already, Maria Wittel who's 6ft+ and pretty and has some martial arts training (training is not fighting ), the last one I can think of is Mandy Polk, she was a fitness chick now turned pro MMA. She's kicking every girls ass on this site including Jay Fuch.
Now back to Valarie Adams, Gabi Garcia was way more impressive physically than Valerie, has legit BBJ credentials, she's blitzing every girl on this, any top 2 girls mentioned in this thread she's whooping them at the same time. Having said that, despite being 6'4 250lbs I'd still put my money on My kayla, Ronda, Holly Holm, Amanda Nunes beating the shit out of Gabi Garcia in MMA or in the street despite the 100lb advantage. Therefore Valarie Adams has 0.01% chance of beating any of those MMA girls.

Totally agree Ronda , holly ,amanda and kayla together would beat the shit out of valerie or gabia ,
I think having at least the very basic experience in boxing, wrestling or any combat sports would be an eye opener for a lot of people. It's a very humbling experience to realize how difficult it is even to get any kind of grip against a skillful wrestler, land any sort of punch with a seasoned boxer or trying to survive 10 seconds in the ground with high belt bjj-practitioner.
Size definitely matters and helps you but won't save you if you don't know how to use it. Also I've seen it a million times, big brawny types who start a martial art, don't like the idea of being in the receiving end and and just leave the mats never to be seen again when they realize how much they have to learn.
So in short the ones with genuine martial arts experience would be an obvious choice. If I had to pick one I would say Kayla Harrison. Sure Gabi is a lot bigger but she just seems too out of place standing up.
One thing you guys are not taking into account , yes the mma girls are supremely skilled and very good at what to do , in a UFC ring or other pro fight ring , they would emerge victorious almost all the time but in a random fight with no ring and refree , it is nearly impossible for them to beat valerie adams , gabi garcia and becca swanson ,all three are elite elite level athletes , val highest throw is just 2meters shorter than the WR mens throw , gabi garcia is a black belt and becca swanson is universally considered the strongest woman to ever walk on this planet , they are not just an average woman who have muscles , on top of that both val and becca are very agile and they outweigh them by 40-50kg ,a single punch from any any these 3 could seriously injure anyone irrespective of gender and whether they are pro or not

Well womens shot put is 4kg against men's 7.26 kilos so that might play a part why the records are not that far apart.
And I can guarantee both Becca and Valerie are going to be slow as hell compared to any elite level fighter. They are not gonna land any punch unless they can use surrounding environment into their advantage and corner them. Tactique which Bob Sapp used to gain upper hand in his kick boxing days against much smaller opponents.
However both of them will have a chance of bull rushing and and pile driving their much smaller opponents to the concrete if they make some stupid mistake but that's about it.
If it's Battle Royale style where a large number of muscular women parachute down into a large, open area containing various implements (tables, ladders, chairs, kendo sticks), then I would expect the landing zones to be the deciding factor.
Sheena is a highly skilled fighter and it has never been confirmed nor denied whether she was/is an international spy or assassin.
Bianca Belair, Jordynne, Jade Cargill,etc would have more experience absorbing punishment and using the various implements strewn across the battlefield.
Alyssa Kiessling is alleged to have beaten up a man in a parking lot with only one hand, holding her phone and recording the event with her other.
Jillian Gabrielsen is confirmed to have extensive martial arts training, agility, and seemingly invulnerable abdominal muscles.
A skilled fighter landing near Anastasia Leonova or Amazonka, might be incapacitated before they have a chance to put techniques to use.
I think the more reasonable and realistic question is: If 100 average men faced 1 muscular woman, how long would it take for her to defeat the whole group? I estimate 6 minutes and 37 seconds on average, considering outliers in either direction.
Strong, yes, but can she throw a punch? Can she wrestle? I'm not even talking about being "trained". I'm talking about basic competency and technique.
I know a lot of very strong people who cannot throw a punch.
I dont know whether they could throw a punch or wrestle although becca swanson trained to be a pro wrestler , she did feature in the indie circuit but for sake of the argument lets assume they are average or they cant ,but in a fight there is a natural instinct which can be two things one is to defend yourself and other is to surrender it can be by apologising or backing away by trying to flee the scene , but given that they are both champion athletes not regular joe , they would be mentally very strong they wont let the circumstance get better of them ,and because of their huge size and strength advantage they would just need one shot to finish it off .

Who boxes in a street fight? I think you underestimate what you bring to the table. Fitness translates a lot to hardness in taking and dishing out blows. Saying that your tecnique is worth something vs an untrained rugby player double your weight is silly. And yes weight is not everything, as seen by Garcia vs Leve, but don't act like you don't pick your fights...with your experience level you pick them better than most

Exactly. Some people have both the fighting skill and the size. That is why they have weight classes. Who said it was about boxing? If both people are starting from an even position standing, then boxing is unlikely to happen unless there is an opening. Valerie and that type of woman with some athletic ability would easily hold off these `135 pound women guys are talking about being the best. I said Kayla, but not sure she could take a girl that size at her present weight. A different story when she was 175.
