When Ranya first started training with her new husband, she was looking GOOD. The dude even came on here to claim that she was not actually on roids.
Fast forward to now, and I think they've gone a bit overboard with the roids and looks just too jacked up. In my humble opinion. Ranya used to be one of my favorite, but now she's going down the path of Amazonka the roid queen. Of course obviously, many here love her new look and to each their own. For me, I prefer her old look where she was strong and muscular, but didn't look like she had zero softness to her.

The muscle was always there, she is just cutting
Ruby would easily be the #1 if she actually posted good things. Besides her dumbbells, shes visibly not even close to her strength in her clips (most egregious are the pec presses where shes only set to 100 despite having pecs larger than fists)
Shes focusing more on the sensuality and form of it than the actual lifting which makes sense but kills the clips. I'd rather see her pecs bulge and strain to press 350 like an animal, instead of slowly ans effortlessly doing 100 while keeping a stoic straight face the entire time.
It makes it sadder because her dumbbells ARE insane (her shrugs with 80 are out of this world for her weight) so she CAN lift huge but chooses not to for most clips.
