This is really a creepy post... Please stay away from her. The way you are talking, it won't take long before she quits nd hits you with a lawsuit for sexual harassment. It a new day for those things and alot of women don't want to be looked at like this.

I think the OP recognizes that it wouldn't be good on his part. I think your response is also silly. It's like asking someone who fancies certain things not to fancy them. They can do that all they want, just be professional in your dealings with this person. They did nothing wrong, unless thoughts are crime, welcome to that world. This seems fake. but it can be hard if you know the perfect woman because society doesn't tolerate men being honest about this stuff. like even on this forum that is anonymous and about fetish content. you are still seen as a degenerate for saying that you are are attracted to a woman with very good looks. like I have trained myself to not stare at women wearing skimpy outfits and be very prudish.

Hypothetically, OP is in a position of power over this woman. Him controlling her employment would mean that she might feel like she has to do whatever he wants if she wants to keep her job. It’s why many workplaces have rules about dating subordinates.
Guys aren't allowed to talk about their sexuality on the internet. It's predatory. Or something.
How is this creepy? All of us are here because we admire girls with muscle, right? So if we happen to be in close proximity to one IRL (especially those of us who never come across them otherwise), I think we'd be excited about it.
If this were me, it's not as if I'd act on it, but who do I tell? Probably it'd have to be a forum like this.

Personally I try to keep fantasy and reality separated. If you start fantasizing about someone who is physically close like a coworker but you can't have her, it can be a bad recipe. If you accept your role to her and try to be the best at that, like a good boss and platonic friend, you might end up with a buff buddy, but you gotta keep that separation my man. I try to keep my fantasies to women who are half my age and geographically distant because there is ZERO chance I will ever make on it. So it's fantasy, now and forever.
Hey, interesting replies. Those who say it’s creepy - well I hear you. I don’t like the situation that much. As someone says, I’m in a situation of power, in that I own the restaurant. She’s done a couple of trial shifts and she really wants to work here. I’m not going to fire her for being buff. Anyway, all of it’s true. If i was making it up I’d make it way more exciting. She also told me she likes to wear tank tops when she goes clubbing, to show off her muscles. She said she likes getting guys in the club to feel her biceps. I’ve not seen them, it’s cold here so everyone’s got lots of layers on. She then flexed and held the flex, I think expecting me to feel it. No way was I doing that. The leg press thing is real. It’s a tiny gym in a tiny town - she said she did 6 reps at 190kg. Not historically huge, but a lot more than I could do. What I will say is that I’m genuinely a little uneasy about working with her his summer, when it’s 40 degrees C here in southern France. I have a lot of conversations on this site. I have often said that although I’m obsessed by girls with muscle, I never meet any in my life, and that that’s actually good because I don’t think I could cope. Looks like I might have to cope.

So she is openly telling you, even though you are her boss, that she likes to go clubbing and being felt up by guys while wearing tank tops?
It is pretty odd for a young woman to be so candid with someone who is their superior. I have interacted with a few muscular girls specifically in college and I have never heard any of them talk like that. Most women don’t talk like that in general…..
No you’re right. It’s very unusual. But we’re very casual in our working relationships at my place. I like it that way. We all socialise together a lot. I’ll never get rich running this place lol. This girl - sorry she’s a 22 year old woman - came here because her best friend has worked here. And she started working here because her sister did, plus the sisters best friend. They all talk together, and they all know that after work we pretty well always sit around and have a drink. It probably sounds like a strange work environment to American ears. For example, the night she told me all this, we clocked off work at 22h, then sat and talked over martinis until 23h30. It might sound odd to say this about her, being so attractive, but she’s actually very lonely.

Creepy? Well I can’t really disagree with you there. I don’t want to get rid of her but yes, I just will ensure I don’t look at her that way. She can only hit me with a lawsuit if I say something though. I’ll have to make sure I don’t.

Well that’s the point. I do have this fetish, if that’s what we’re all calling it, in a big way. Huge. But it’s never actually been a thing in real life. Awkward.
Yeah wtf is that bullshit reply calling his behavior creepy. Dude acknowledged it was an uncomfortable situation. Story is probably fake regardless.
Every word is actually true. Honestly I’d make it way better if I was faking. If I was faking I’d probably put myself in there getting some action. I think I can handle this - well I have to really. I will not in any way even hint at hitting on her, 1) you don’t do that with a subordinate, and 2) I’m an old man.

So right. Its always been fantasy to me in the same way, which is why it’s really strange sitting there with her having a drink. And I don’t want a platonic friend - o always doubt that - just a good co-worker. And someone to carry the beer barrels for me.
One other thing, she is very proud nd likes to impress. I have a feeling that an armwrestle will be suggested at some point. That will be a hard no. I’m not doing that under any circumstances.
Ive just hired a new waitress. She arrived via being a friend of an existing employee. It’s winter of course so everyone is covered up, can’t see their bodies. I don’t want to be looking at employees in that way, it’s super inappropriate, and generally ceepy and unacceptable. But anyway she’s nice and enjoys a martini when things are winding down. She’s been telling me she works out a lot, and she came in last week walking awkwardly. She apologised for walking badly but she explained that she overdid in on leg day last night. She said how she found herself in an impromptu leg-press contest with the guy who owns the gym. She won, but was now regretting it. That’s so so damn hot that it made me feel uncomfortable. I had to walk away from my martini for a bit.
