What do you think about the olympics controversy where a female boxer was seen as a man by tons of people simply beecause of her high testosterone level?
Also in some federations in boxing they actually look at testosterone levels to conclude whether you are a female or not.

The international boxing federation tests for testosterone levels that's why they disqualified this lady last edition.
Olympics I think looks at passport, not sure if they check anything else.....so they allowed her to compete.
Nobody tests chromosomes it seems.
Even if they did she would probably pass.....she's not a transexual....she's just a woman with high testosterone....just like the ladies on this site.

Nobody knows how the IBF tests the boxers. The IBF has been shown to be highly corrupt and politicized (ie., it is a Kremlin-run org). Their testing protocols are not written or available for third party scrutiny (and all test results are secret). The IBF is now being replaced by a newly formed boxing federation.
The opening ceremonies included a scene of a Greek God predating Christianity by just a thousand or so years --- it was not a depiction of the Last Supper in any way. And in case you didn't know, the Olympics are a Greek thing begun a thousand or so years before Christians thought it a good idea to throw water on their heads and think they have been saved.
It's a strange case this person is from Algeria so over there transgenders are not common and it's illegal. and she was seen as a woman for her entire life. it's not the first time someone like her showed up at the Olympics. I think what they should just do is inspect the genitals. but I am sure Algerians and people from many other countries would never tolerate it even if it's done in private by a female inspector. and these days there is a lot of drama about transgender athletes since they are quite overpowered. but they usually don't show up at international events like the Olympics since it would cause a lot of drama with the more conservative countries. and they only show up at regional competitions the Olympics have a lot of countries that are often excluded from other International competitions. but there are a lot of people looking for transgenders or other political things like the strange opening now compared to a few years ago. so if she was born earlier and was at the 2012 Olympics she would probably have been ignored or people would make a few articles making fun of her if she won. like how they did back in the day when eastern European countries would send suspiciously manly looking athletes. but now it's seen as a big deal because of things that happened in other competitions recently. maybe another way to stop transgenders from joining is a background check to see if they changed gender in the past. but this info is not always available

She was born woman but her testosterone levels are outside what is considered normal for a woman.

If this site was guys with muscle I would never visit it. Just because a woman has high testosterone levels or huge muscles does not make her a man. Men or women who hate the idea of women having muscles, and let's face it that is probably the vast majority, might call this site guys with muscle, but I wouldn't have thought that would be anyone here.

It's interesting to me because it reminds me how during the Cold War, East Germany had this program where they injected steroids into women athletes in order to have a better chance to win gold. Obviously, living under communism these women had little choice and I am not saying it's comparable, just that it reminded me.
it's been a debate worldwide, everybody thinks it's interesting except some people here who think they are above everyone else.

And to all the people who say shit like "it gives her a genetic advantage!": If you are an Olympic-level athletes, you already have a genetic advantage. Michael Phelps has body proportions along with an ability to more efficiently process lactic acid to help make him such a dominant swimmer. Do you think Simone Biles would be the dominant gymnast that she is if she was, say, 5'8"? Yes, these athletes work extremely hard, but there comes a level where you separate the above-average from the actual elite. If you, say, don't have a high enough proportion of fast-twitch muscle fibers, you will never be an Olympic level sprinter or weightlifter. We like to think that we can be whoever we want and achieve whatever we want if we simply want it bad enough and if we work hard enough, but we are not all built equally.
