Feature request: upload link from model page

Suggestion: add a link (e.g., "upload to model") and a script to model pages, allowing users to move to upload page and progress to the naming page where model's name is already filled in.

Would greatly reduce the amount of inputs which would be great on mobile.

Alternatively, add a button adjacent to first name field on upload page. Once clicked, it applies first entry to all name fields.
