Some might say it in social media to drive traffic and generate attention, but the reality is that most only train for themselves and their own goals. The whole “looking to outmuscle men” is mostly a male fantasy.

That makes sense. If she's saying something that aligns with a schmoe's fantasy, it's more likely she's saying that for social media.

But how many men is that? I can't imagine more than a small percentage of men are into it like that. We're talking small numbers either way, but it's much more likely to be a female fantasy than a male fantasy.
