I need your help with something important. An old favorite video of mine, the problem is that i can no longer found it, but ima provide as many details as possible:
The video has a young girl, with short blonde hair training biceps and triceps. The girl herself is white, and was wearing a blue top with a short the same color.
The gym she was working out on was red and black. One fragment of the video shows that there is an EZ bar at the right of a tricep pulldown machine.
The video itself was on a YouTube channel called FerrumFit, the channel had many videos in spanish, the video itself being named “Bíceps y Tríceps” (Bices and Triceps in English). I haven’t found the channel since 1.5 years ago. The last time i saw the video, it was uploaded on a Facebook page i have forgotten the name of.
Here i upload a logo of the Channel (and gym I think the video was filmed on). I hope this gets founded, because it would be a shame for it to become lost media.
