I certainly remember the lady in white...she was definitely around during the era of Britt Miller and Cindy Phillips. Her name completely escapes me, though.

I found it on the Web Archive! It was a HerBiceps series called Battle of the Models:

Couldn't find the original video, but at least now we know theirs names.

That’s not her. The April Kohler that we know is based out of Tampa.

I will admit that I did not do a deep dive. Just a quick Google search. The face looks similar and the age seemed about right.
