Don't care. There are still plenty of narcissistic muscle girls out there who happily show off their bodies for the dopamine hit they get from likes and compliments not just on social media but also here - or who simply don't care if their photos get reposted on this site. And from a business standpoint, it's simply foolish to try to ban reposts of their publicly available content here. If anything, reposts give them more exposure and help grow their audience.

I don't know if was because a DMCA notice, but I know that would happen sometime. I mean... when a user starts to upload private screenshots or other stuff like that, it's understandable that the woman don't want that here.
