Chénxiǎoxiān98 has no profile page

Someone changed her tag to include special characters that disabled her profile page and made it impossible to follow her.

Perhaps it would be appropriate for a mod to apply a batch rename to remove the special characters and then lock the tag to prevent a reoccurrence of the issue.

Please change Chénxiǎoxiān98 to Chenxiaoxian98
